This MOD established team, based in Upavon, commenced work on 1 November 2010. It is investigating a wide range of alleged offences including murder and war crimes. This firm has acted for clients under investigation and can assist you wherever in the world you are now located.

Where they make a referral for prosecution the case papers will be sent to the Director of Service Prosecutions.

As with all other historic inquiries, if you are invited for an interview with them you may wish to have the benefit of a free initial call with us so that we can explain what may be entailed.

If you are to be questioned about any incident as a suspect you will be entitled to free legal advice under the service legal aid scheme. If you are no longer serving you will still be entitled to free legal aid and assistance which we can arrange wherever in the world you are.

If the DSP prosecutes the matter will be heard in a court martial. If you have been discharged from the forces there is a legal provision under the legislaation where you may be brought back under service law for any trial.  We can advise if required on the issues you may face.
